Welcome to the "...Soooo happy for your family! Welcome to the "advanced maternal age" club! I was a member three times over, you know. It is a delightful journey, being an older mom. Two words for you, take them and hold onto them: energy management!!! It is a marathon, not a sprint, as you know. Us older moms, especially as our little ones (and we!) age, need to manage our energy reserves much more than our time. You are already on the road to taking better care of your body, and you will find your new little one inspires you to do that more and more as well.
