OVERDUE

Soooo... this post is way overdue.  It's been a month since I've last posted, and I'm beginning with an apology.  I've been super busy cutting tubes and lining lids for work.  It's kept me hustling, but I'm behind in the every day stuff.  Sandra Boynton's song comes to mind:
     I'm very very busy and I've got a lot to do. 
     And I haven't got a minute to explain it all to you. 
     For on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday I'm as busy as can be. 
     And on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday I'm as busy as a bee.

At the beginning of the month, we had a Girl Retreat!  Amy, Marmalade, Kiara, Katia and I took a two day trip to Tennessee.  We played games.  We hiked around a lake.  We talked.  And we ate BBQ.  We all needed the break!

For date night two weeks ago, Katia joined us and wanted a selfie:

Scott and I LOVE Qdoba!  We could eat EVERY meal there!

After the date, Scott and I purchased a new, 2021 Nissan Sport Rogue.  We made the decision because our Honda bit the dust AGAIN.  And we are super tired of visiting the mechanic and paying mega bucks for "fixes" that don't stay "fixed."  Anyways, we love our new car.  And we hope it was a good investment.
