NEW JOBS AND CAUCUSES

We are ready to vote!
I think my husband is sooooo cute!!!!!
I started a new job this week.  I'm really excited!  I'm working at Inter-State Studios as a photographer.  This week I was training.  I learned a LOT!  I love working with the kids and the other photographers.  The camera and programs intimidate me a bit.  But I'm excited about it all.  Each day I learn more.  I have already taken a few photos.  And I've learned how to set up and take down.  And I know how to "pose" kids now.  I just got my schedule for next week.  I work 4 days.  It's weird to be in the work force again.  But I'm enjoying it and learning a lot.  Here is what I set up and work with:
Here's the whole set up...
It takes 1 hour and 15 minutes to set up....
And it's confusing - very precise....
Here's the camera and the lap top...
Today was Kentucky's first ever presidential caucus.  It was fun.  Of course my vote was for # 1 on the ballot!  I truly believe Ted Cruz is who we've been praying for for the past 8 years.  He's honest.  He's principled.  And he truly believes, knows and loves the constitution.  Not only did we vote... I also talked to some of our city council members.  They were nice.  But they aren't about small government (in my opinion.)  I was kinda disappointed.  Only one made me want to vote for him because he was anti the restaurant tax that just passed (without voting from the people and despite a majority of the population was against it.)  He was also fighting to reduce/eliminate salaries for public servants (ie the politicians on the council.)  Everyone else was for the status quo.  Well, at least I'm trying to get informed and be an educated voter.  (Unlike Trump supporters.....)
My guy is #1 on the ballot....  Is that a good sign?
Here we are...
You can't see the DJ in the back on the left...
and the tables with local politicians around the rest of the room....
bummed that we didn't get a sticker...
but we loved all the balloons...
and everyone that volunteered was friendly....
